Daughter is heading off to college and having issues with clutch on her car. Explained to service department that it was during acceleration in early gears. Then I get the notes on the recipient and it says, “Owner complains of clutch hoping when coming to a stop.” When you cannot even communicate the problem to the technician we have a problem. And to compound the problem by charging me $210 for their incompetence is the highest level of horrible customer service. Was explaining my problem to another mechanic in town and he said that was your first problem: taking the car to Brinson. Hope this helps someone not to make the same mistake. More
