Corey had my loaner vehicle running and the heated seat on when I pulled into the dealership for my appointment. It took about 10 minutes total to drop my car off and pick it up when it was finished. They communicated with me the entire time they had my car. I did not even purchase my Defender from them, I promise that when I am ready to trade "Fendi" in I will start at this dealership because of the service department. I had called twice prior to my appointment with questions about some other things about "Fendi" and Andy and Corey both answered my questions quickly and did not make me feel like an idiot!! THE CAR WASH WAS A AWESOME BONUS!!!
