Corey kept me updated on my SUV throughout the process, always friendly and knowledgeable! I missed his call saying my vehicle was ready and my wife picked it up. The man that took Corey’s place was not as always friendly and knowledgeable! I missed his call saying my vehicle was ready and my wife picked it up. The man that took Corey’s place was not as friendly and upset that she picked it up 30 minutes before closing. She was trying to get her car so another customer could use the loaner car the next day - $3800 and no carwash was that was promised. We will always use Corey, and have referred several family members and friends to this dealership! More

Usually great service. Last visit they replaced a faulty DLR, which is a common factory defect JLR is ignoring. The mechanic left parts undone around the headlight. The windshield washer hose was disconnected from its mount. The battery + terminal box left open. I fixed them all my self. Those are simple issues, but with the JLR labor charges, one would expect the mechanic to get it right. Maybe he was having a bad day. More
