DONT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE If I could choose “disgusted” as a review I would. Do not EVER come here for a used car. My daughter worked 2 jobs all summer and with her money alrea If I could choose “disgusted” as a review I would. Do not EVER come here for a used car. My daughter worked 2 jobs all summer and with her money already in savings had a total of 5,000$ to put toward a used car. She is going off to college soon so we wanted her to have a reliable car that would last her a while. Found a 2013 Dodge Dart here and came in to look at it. BIG MISTAKE. We should have never come here. We ended up buying the car and in less than 3 weeks of having the car with “brand new tires” had 2 flats. The day I picked the car up after signing all the paperwork was told “by the way the key fob doesn’t lock the door.. sorry just found that out”. They didn’t offer to give me a new key fob I had to ask for one then after being told at first no, they finally agreed to give me a new key. We live an hour away so had to drive back up there to get the key. I get in the car the next day with my daughter and naturally pull the sun visor down and the whole thing literally falls out of the socket and is hanging by wires. The socket is broken off and they had just poked everything in so that it looked fine until u pull it down to use it. Im pissed about this because if I knew about this when I looked at the car I would have NEVER bought the car. A few days later the car is making a major grinding and vibrating sound in the front. In addition to that my daughter is in the drive thru line at Chicken Express, puts the car in park because of the wait, then goes to put the car in drive- the car won’t get out of park. We wait an hour and half until tow truck gets there and the car is towed to the dealership. We go to pick up the rental car they offered, again an hour away, and I tell Corey about everything that is going wrong and that I want those things all fixed. I’m assured yes yes they will fix everything. But your not even taking any notes on all the things I’m telling you is wrong. Get the call oh good news, the car is fixed and ready for pick up. I ask everything is fixed? Yes I’m told. Drive another hour to get the car only to find out on the way home that the car is still making that horribly extremely loud grinding and vibrating sound and guess what?? I go to pull the visor down and it falls right out into my hand hanging by the wires!!! NOT FIXED!!! I even asked Dorian before we drove out there did they fix that loud grinding and vibrating sound that the car is doing? He tells me I assure you all of our service people have looked at that car and we don’t hear a thing. Are you freaking kidding me!!??? It’s literally the first thing we heard driving off the lot after picking up my “fixed” car. I’m so disgusted and sad for my daughter who worked so hard for her first car to be lied and tricked into buying a LEMON. Oh but they were so pleased with themselves for filling up the gas tank for us as a consultation prize. My daughter is now stuck with this 10,000$ piece of crap car and I’m so upset I don’t know what to do but warn others about buying used cars from them. WHATEVER YOU DO—— NEVER PURCHASE FROM HERE—- don’t learn the hard way like we did. We are now looking into trading the car in which means we just lost all of my daughter’s hard earned money. But I refuse to have her driving in that UNSAFE LEMON OF A CAR. Thanks for NOTHING. More

I was merely browsing after I totalled my car and Corey made me take the next step to get the car I actually wanted. He stayed within my budget and gave me a variety of options based on what I was able to financially handle. He even left his office to allow me to have a private discussion with my sister on the next step. Corey made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I had traveled to a few dealerships but this was the only one that treated me like they cared about my business and happiness at the same time. This process is always so long but the Grubbs Infiniti team made it worth it. Thank you. More

We came from out of town to purchase a vehicle, so we did a lot over the phone before we got there. Sales guy who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. And Shane, the finance guy was quick with the paperwork and we didn’t feel like we were being hassled to purchase anything we didn’t want.
