They worked with me to negotiate a price I could afford. Corey was very helpful on explaining what the thousand buttons and knobs do on this new wonder machine. The paperwork was handled quickly and painlessly. There was no pressure to buy, only honest, courteous sales staff. Great buying experience. I'd go back. More

This was my first experience purchasing a car. I stopped and a number of dealerships just to browse and at each one I felt pressured and hassled. That was definitely not the case at West Metro. I worked w and a number of dealerships just to browse and at each one I felt pressured and hassled. That was definitely not the case at West Metro. I worked with Corey Nelson who was very easy to work with (as was everyone I was in contact with at the dealership). I never once felt pressured into purchasing a vehicle and Corey did a wonderful job answering all my questions I had, which were many considering this was my first purchase. As I was leaving I was fortunate enough to speak with the owner briefly. At the time I didn't know Jeff was the owner and I would have never imagined it based on how friendly and down to earth he was. He was a genuinely a very nice guy. I have also went back for regular service on my vehicle and Jamie is also wonderful to work with. Her customer service and basic knowledge is second to none. I would highly recommend West Metro to anyone who is consider purchasing a new or used vehicle. More
