No follow up or apology. Initially kept my car for 4 hours just to confirm a diagnostic. Still took my car in for the repair and they kept it for two whole days when they sa Initially kept my car for 4 hours just to confirm a diagnostic. Still took my car in for the repair and they kept it for two whole days when they said it’d be back by end of same day. Found “more” wrong with it and offered to repair for cost of part. Supposedly tire pressure was checked but tpms light still on. Was supposed to wash it prior to return but not done. Service guy had only excuses when asked but did not once call to let me know status or that they’d be keeping car longer. Even when he said I’d get it back within a couple of hours it was almost the end of day and they were reluctant to let me come get it until I pointed out they were not closing for another 45 minutes. I stopped coming to this service center and thought I’d give them another chance but nothing has changed. More

I have Been coming to this dealer for 20 years to service my odessey 07. at the service department. Cory the man in charge is the best in his area. He always responded to any of my concerns and took care of my odessey 07. at the service department. Cory the man in charge is the best in his area. He always responded to any of my concerns and took care of my car. He is very kind and relates to people in a personal way. Recently my insurance total my car, I called Cory to ask him to put a word for me with the sales department to help me to get a good deal for a new car, and he , immediately went ahead and talk to Mark Yousef. Mike called me and asked me on what I was Interested buying . They did not have what I wanted at that time but when I showed up and they saw I was serious about buying a car, they immediately got my desired car from another dealer. They worked with me on the price. Sam did a very good job working with me and going back and forth to present offers to the manager. He also set up the final thing to my car , set up my phone to the car, this step was very meaningful to me, and explained all about the car. Thank you so much. More
