Service staff were friendly, and hard working. I was greeted upon arrival and departure. I dropped off the car for a appt the next day to my surprise it was completed later that same evening. The car steering wheel dear and shifter were wrapped in plastic. I had a small glitches upon leaving and the technician said he would complete it right then and there. I received updates via texts and was pleasantly surprised to have the work completed so quickly,. I hope that the repair fixes the problem and am very satisfied with Daniel Komisarek and team in Glen Mills Pa. Ne K was very professional and worked very nicely with his team. I previously had Cornelius who was also very knowledgeable! More

In and out The experience I had was phenomenal. Easy Breezy and smooth sailing. I went in not knowing what the Heck was wrong with my car. Some where between ask The experience I had was phenomenal. Easy Breezy and smooth sailing. I went in not knowing what the Heck was wrong with my car. Some where between asking me what brings me in today and my response being I have no idea, they already had my car rigged up to the diagnostic computer. After a thorough check I had a diagnosis in about 30 minutes. My car was completed about 25-30 minutes after that. On top of that there were charging stations and plenty of snacks and coffee to hold me over. By far the BEST Dealership Service Center I have EVER SAT IN. More

Convenience and superior service Called to schedule a routine check-up (L.O.F.) and was given a date and time that was convenient to me. On service day I was greeted by a tech who who Called to schedule a routine check-up (L.O.F.) and was given a date and time that was convenient to me. On service day I was greeted by a tech who who promptly set up my Jeep for the appointment. In addition to the L.O.F. I needed several other items that needed attention. After less than an hour and a half my car was done and the bill did not "break the bank." If you want prompt, courteous and reasonably priced service I would highly recommend "David Dodge." More
