I had been a Service Advisor until recently when Martin Main Line Honda allowed me to come into this amazing sales department and it has been a great first year!” Outside of the dealership, I enjoy spending time with my family, following sports, and grilling for them as well. Everything went well but I had an issue with the radio not being factory reset before I left the dealership and had to return two times before it was fixed. Also, while I understand that the car I got was not being factory reset before I left the dealership and had to return two times before it was fixed. Also, while I understand that the car I got was preowned l, I do believe the dealership should provide its customers with a regular and spare key with the purchase/lease of the car. Besides that everyone was friendly and helpful. It is just about having higher standards. More

Leased a new CR-V. Car had major issue with ABS system. No one had driven the car or inspected it. Started making noise on way home. Stalled on the highway. This is my 7th Honda leased from Martin. Very, very disappointed. Salesperson made no attempt to offer some type of consideration for the inconvenience. Hope I don’t have a lemon.
