Not only did he give me options and explain why some deals were better than others, checked inventory for low miles and bells & whistles i wanted but he came in on his OFF DAY in the rain to make sure I got exactly what i wanted. This was extremely impressive, I was all set to wait until the next day, but Cortez came in on his off day and took care of everything. That is above and beyond customer service! I will definitely reccomend this dealership and tell them to ask for Cortez. More
