Your time in explaining and making sure that I, as a customer understood how to engage in a dealership to come out with ownership. So thanks Hyundai for hiring Mr. Robinson he teaches you as you work the deal for your vehicle. Not only did I come out with a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe, I also came out with the education of knowing my finances. More

I'd spoken with him about purchasing a car and he was extremely helpful! Not only did he give me options and explain why some deals were better than others, checked inventory for low miles and bells & whistles i wanted but he came in on his OFF DAY in the rain to make sure I got exactly what i wanted. This was extremely impressive, I was all set to wait until the next day, but Cortez came in on his off day and took care of everything. That is above and beyond customer service! I will definitely reccomend this dealership and tell them to ask for Cortez. More

Everyone there actually greeted and from time to time asked me did I had a great time there never experienced such a welcoming manner in a dealership. Everyone there actually greeted and from time to time asked me did I need anything. But I would like to give a great big thanks to my salesman because I had came into the dealership on that Monday a saleswoman by the name of Tanya told me I couldn't get the vehicle and I should settle for another vehicle. I told her no thanks. Just so happen my fiancé had bought 3 vehicles from them in the pass and was familiar with Cortez. And he gave him a call and he told me to be there the following morning. And I've been smiling and a very satisfied customer every since. More
