We looked at several vehicles and then went in to talk to Mike. By the time I left the dealership I had no interest in going to another dealership, I was sold! Cortez has always been pleasant and respectful and a genuine nice guy. When I come in to have service done on my car he always speaks and lets me know he is ready to put me in another car! After coming out of Bankruptcy I was real hesitant about buying a new car. Cortez really helped ease the anxiety that I was having. Cortez was a Joy to work with, he really showed genuine concern when it came to making this purchace. Mike in Finance really took his time going through each finance form. Mike wanted to make sure that I knew and understood everything before I left his office. I just wish that Marty Cancila had more perks for their customers, such as free oil changes for the life of the car, free tire rotation, free 16 point inspection, free towing to the dealership, complimentary loaner car if your car is at the dealership for more than a day, road side assistance. More

Overall, this was the best new vehicle purchase my wife and I ever experienced. Our sales rep Cortez and the rest of the staff rolled out the red carpet for us.
