Honestly this was my first new car purchase. And like many others I am sure I had no clue what I was getting myself in. Before I even got out of my truck Cortez had his eyes on me, he came over and was v many others I am sure I had no clue what I was getting myself in. Before I even got out of my truck Cortez had his eyes on me, he came over and was very nice. He was never pushy, and made sure that I looked at only what I wanted. When I found the truck I want came the crazy part. I had all that paperwork and money figures and what not thrown at me, but Cortez was very prompt in explaining everything that I was signing, or doing, never once pushing me. Even when the prices started coming Cortez asked me if I wanted it, he never assumed I was taking the deal. Then we went into the finance room, it was quite daunting not knowing what was going on, but within minutes of sitting down Mike the financial advisor had explained what was going on,what was going to happen, and what to do. I love my truck and I will be coming back to Marty Cancilla for a while. More
