Hyundai Financing acted as though this was the first time they had an applicant like us. Long story made short. We should have been informed of all information and documentation that would be needed to be presented for credit approval on day one. It should not have been piecemeal over four days. Correct? Anyway between Josh Gray from financing and us there was some understandable tension at times. Josh persevered and was able to close the deal. Thanks Josh! Sorry you had to be the “MAN IN THE MIDDLE” We appreciated all your hard work. Next it was off to everyone’s favorite part, signing the paperwork. We worked with Cory Anderson and what a pleasure it was. He was happy to answer any and all questions we had and to make sure we understood what we were signing. Cory has a great sense of hummer and a personality that’s makes the buyer feel comfortable and secure. Thanks Cory! Well back to Calvin now. HOORAY! Very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. There were a couple of minor cosmetic repairs that he agreed to make on the vehicle and he kept me in the loop, contacting me daily to let me know the progress as a couple of things had to be ordered. He explained the warranty and all the details regarding receiving the title, registration and license, as we closed the deal and signed the papers. I traded in my old car and I was given a fair trade in price. In summation, Nick bent over backward to make sure that I was happy with my vehicle before I drove off the lot. I would not only recommend the fair and stream-lined process of Allan Samuels, but also salesman Nick Contreras, who couldn't have worked harder to make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted and that it was fairly priced. I would recommend to anyone in search of a vehicle to go to Allen Samuels and seek out Nick.
