Update: As soon as they had my money, the high level of service disappeared. 8 weeks after purchase, we still do not have a title or registration, and out temp tag is expired! BlueLink wasn’t set up proper service disappeared. 8 weeks after purchase, we still do not have a title or registration, and out temp tag is expired! BlueLink wasn’t set up properly so we couldn’t use it and Connor was slow to fix it. Still haven’t received the leather cleaner we were promised when we pointed out the car was delivered with a leather stain on the steering wheel.Connor promised us a gift card for a perfect review, still haven’t received a gift card. Be careful with this place. I truly appreciated the high level of personalized customer service!! Connor was incredibly responsive with our requests and we were blown away when he even offered to deliver our vehicle to Naperville. Connor worked hard to earn our business and give us a fair deal in this strange car-buying market. We cant wait to buy another car from Rohrman since this was such a pleasant experience! More
