i have been generally pleased with the service provided at other Rohrman dealerships but the service on my Elantra was well below standard. When my daughter went to open the glove compartment, the drawer f at other Rohrman dealerships but the service on my Elantra was well below standard. When my daughter went to open the glove compartment, the drawer fell out entirely. They had forgotten to reattach the clips. Additionally, when my daughter went to have that fixed at a different place (different state), they told her there was no air filter. IBecause the team has been responsive to my complaints, I will give them the benefit of the doubt and go there again because the service on my other cars has been excellent (Scion, Subaru, Kia). More
