No matter how severe the problem or how often I check on their progress the Service Department is always polite and does everything in their power to answer any questions I may have regarding the problem or the work they are doing to fix what is wrong. They also are willing to answer questions asked by other people (family members) who I have brought in. Most of my visits to Mazda have been with Cory Felix and as such he is my preferred choice for dealing with a Service Consultant, however I have also had positive dealings with Aldo Gacia-Gonzales the one time Cory Felix was unable to assist me. More
