Maintenance check My appointment was at 0740. As soon as I drove up, Cory checked me in, directed me to the lobby to wait for my shuttle to take me to work all in a spa My appointment was at 0740. As soon as I drove up, Cory checked me in, directed me to the lobby to wait for my shuttle to take me to work all in a span of 20 min. So I didn’t lose any work hours which was great! Great people great service Once you park in their service department after making an appointment everything is taken care of and people like Corey make you feel at home. Wait time is minimal, and well the amenities in the lounge are great. They also have a person who can drive you where you need to go while you wait for you vehicle. I love mazda. More

I xxxxing love mazda!!! Holy mother of God I am so proud to own a Mazda! I went in for an airbag recall and got a free car wash, complimentary treats, and a friendly environm Holy mother of God I am so proud to own a Mazda! I went in for an airbag recall and got a free car wash, complimentary treats, and a friendly environment. The workers there were extremely caring and nice. Especially the front desk girls, and the guy who washed my car!! I had a really ugly paint stain and he took it off for free! He was really persistant on how clean I wanted my car and it showed that he was determined to make MY CAR look nice! (I wish I remembered his name :'() It shows that Bakersfield Mazda cares about it's customers and wants them to keep Comming back. Next time I come back, I will be switching my Mazda 6 for a Mazda Miata :). More
