2017 Jeep Wrangler was leaking oil. I called for an appointment to get it diagnosed. The service department said the earliest appointment was 15 days from my call and they would absolut I called for an appointment to get it diagnosed. The service department said the earliest appointment was 15 days from my call and they would absolutely not have time to get the Jeep in for a diagnosis before. Since the work was potentially covered under warranty I was forced to wait. But once I got the vehicle in for work, it was completed in a timely fashion with no issues. Other than the 15 day wait, this was a good experience. More

Brought my car in @ 7AM for an oil change, didn’t hear from anyone at all. So, I took upon myself to check in person around 2:00. No one had a clue on whether it was completed. Service associate went look from anyone at all. So, I took upon myself to check in person around 2:00. No one had a clue on whether it was completed. Service associate went looking for paper work as I waited. He had no idea what was going on with the car. Didn’t get my car back till 2:30! Ho Hum!!! More
