It’s beautiful, spacious, bright and airy, with balloons hanging throughout and beautiful plants everywhere. It just has such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, which made the whole experience even nicer. I ended up buying the Ariya, and even though it was getting late and the dealership was closing, Darren stayed with me, helped connect and program my phone, and showed me how to use the different features in the car. He also told me I could reach out to him anytime if I needed help. Darren is a genuinely nice young man, and I really appreciated how well he treated me. Purchased a certified preowned 2022 Leaf, which had a battery service alert two months to the day after I purchased it, for which Nissan astonishingly doesn't have replacement parts. Mike Rezi Nissan said it's Nissan's buyback program's problem now. They won't refund me, but I might get 40% over the Bluebook value, maybe, in a few MONTHS. Sales Manager Cory McLaughlin is good at looking concerned, but evidently has zero power to actually do anything to make this right. I have never been treated more shabbily, from beginning to end, by any car dealership, ever. It's just not right. They should be ashamed of themselves. More
