They made errors that caused me lost time and required unreasonable delays compared to any other deal The dealer itself was frustrating to work with. They also seem confused how their own system worked and wanted me to sign some documents that didn’t make sense or have anything to do with my deal. I will say they didn’t pressure me to purchase any 3rd party products and made the actual paperwork process easy once we were on the same page about the extra paperwork. More
