The reason I am posting it here is because after leaving this review I followed through with what I said and I went to the better business bureau. I reported them for predatorial behavior, as well as not giving me my money back. They decided to handle this very logically, by directly calling me under false pretenses instead of communicating with the better business bureau such as they are required to, not predatorial at all, not even a little bit ironic given the already sketchy practices of this dealership (The sketchy practices part was actually supposed to be a joke, but it really isn't at all, it's very accurate). They said that they got my call about the car the other day, but the problem is when I called I couldn't leave a voicemail. It would just hang up before I even got the opportunity after about 2 minutes of ringing. I also work third shift and they don't have very good hours for customer support in regards to people who work third shift so contacting them is very difficult. Ironically they have no problem contacting you after you complain to the better business bureau, in fact they find it quite easy. I suppose it could be a coincidence, but if I were a betting man I would bet against a coincidence. I'd also like to add that they wasted multiple hours of my time on multiple different occasions, and all of that is before they stole my money, and then they stole my money. This place outright scammed me. This is not clickbait, they actually tried to sell me a vehicle with an error code that made the vehicle completely unsafe, unreliable, and could even make it unfunctionable. It would be a little different had they not blanked the code, but fortunately I saw it within three days and was able to return the car. They promised to refund me on the first business day following thanksgiving weekend but they never did. About 2-3 weeks later to account for all possible delays on something that was promised would only take 3-5 business days I called my bank to dispute this charge. It went through and I got the money back, until tonight. They reversed it. TL;DR They blank engine codes that will brick your vehicle They never refunded me They actively reversed my claim to take my money again after I had returned the vehicle... at least they waited three months They didn't even care because I was young. If you have any respect for yourself, stay away from this place. They will not hesitate to fiscally ruin you, especially if you're young. Unfortunately for them the law is on my side here. I will be going to the Better Business Bureau and my bank for starters. I'm sure I can expect a call from the moralless scam "artists" (really more like magicians you would hire for your kids 7th birthday party, you gotta go young cause this magician is really bad at their slight of hand as I could provide enough evidence to substantiate plausible cause for them blinking the light, [They left the previous owners FIXD chip in the car and the car fax showed the previous owner working on the exact thing I first tried when I got the same code on my first Chrysler 300] I don't want to take legal action, I know how jack vs the giant usually pans out and I don't expect this to be different, I'm just a kid that wants his money back) as soon as they see this. Those feral hyenas won't hesitate to shut me up now that they know I won't just stay quiet. That was the initial review, I would like to now add they upheld an apathetic demeanor with me the entire time I dealt with them, even before the test drive, but you better believe they maintained this apathy when returning the car under the law of rescission. To provide more context into why I find this to be a serious issue, the reason is simple, I recognize the code on the engine because I had the code on my last Chrysler 300. I replaced the part three different times, via a mechanic who knew what they were doing, multiple times with both the Mopar part and an off-brand part. Every time the car would be fixed for about a week until it was starting again flash the same code and then eventually just shut down on me. I was on the interstate driving to go visit my parents in the middle of the night, it happened while I was on the interstate, fortunately I was able to safely pull off to the side. I'm a 6-2 individual who weighs over 200 lb, imagine having a 2014 Chrysler 300s being smaller than that in anywhere other than the interstate. What's going to happen to you in a car that cannot start? It could be nothing, it could be pretty serious, let's hope you're not in too much debt from the money pit you just got sold to take care of it, if it's even anything money can fix, money can't fix everything. Whether they blanked the code or not, the head mechanic should have caught this, the code is a common issue on Dodge vehicles, Jeep vehicles, and Chrysler vehicles a link, the previous owner would not have put a fixed computer into the car unless something was wrong with the car, they would not have made an oil related repair to the oil related code that was not an oil change right before selling the car had it not had that code. It is a PCM problem and if the head mechanic did not know that I wouldn't buy any car on that lot, because it is a Chrysler, Dodge, and Jeep lot. I don't know how any of the mechanics didn't catch it, let alone the head mechanic. Regardless the least they could do is give me my money back, instead of stealing it from me three months later. I bought a used car, carfax showed no accidents but driver rear end corner bumper was damaged and separated from body of SUV. I wasn't told about the damage and missed it when looking at the vehicle. Also, there were dirty fingerprints on the interior roof lining, dried food and soda along the sides of front and back passenger side of car. They also charged for permaplate, which obviously was not done. Overall, transparency needs to be greatlyimproved. Get promises in writing first and have all prices and fees on paper before working on the financing. I can only say buyer beware! UPDATE: Currently this dishonest dealership has not renewed my temporary plates. I've called 3 times and they've made promises and broke them each time. I've been told by the finance guy Cory not to worry no police will stop me for expired plates. I don't know how that statement justifies their lack of professionalism. They do not stand behind anything they say. There are so many dealers who want your business and are willing to provide customer service. Go elsewhere! More
