Great Service! Courtney was very helpful in getting me an appointment on a date and time that was very convenient for me with my busy schedule. When I arrived, Joyal Courtney was very helpful in getting me an appointment on a date and time that was very convenient for me with my busy schedule. When I arrived, Joyal and team were great. They took the time to go over all my concerns and offered to go on a test drive with a technician to show them exactly what was going on with my truck. They made it easy! I will definitely return next time I need service. Thanks again! More

I sch Herb Chambers in Millbury makes it easy ! As a member of the Jeep WAVE program, I receive all kinds of benefits provided through the dealership. I scheduled my appointment for regular maintenance on my Jeep Renegade. I received 2 gentle reminders via email with option to reschedule if necessary. I got to my appointment about 15 minutes early. Service dept. took my car in right away and reviewed what was needed for services and told me up front of any costs that could be incurred. I had everything completed along with my car washed and inspected in under an hour for $35 (cost of inspection sticker) . All while I waited in the dealership's lounge area sipping a complimentary tea and catching up on some reading. Would recommend this dealership as they are professional, courteous and dependable. More

Walk-LOF, tire rotation. Was out in less time than expected. Another terrific experience with the service department. Standard LOF and tire rotation. In and out quickly. Promaster 2500 diesel service Hi I have a promaster 2500 diesel , herb chamber diesel master technician is by far the worse. They don’t know what they are doing .my car was there f Hi I have a promaster 2500 diesel , herb chamber diesel master technician is by far the worse. They don’t know what they are doing .my car was there for over one week . They charged me over $700 to fix the car , I just went to the dealership to get the car and the same problem still there . After over one week and loss of time and money . Also last time they replace transmission speed sensor to correct a lost of power while driving. After the repair I noticed that the transmission was not shifting properly. So they told me to drive for couple weeks to see if it would get better . So I did and the car still shifting the same way. So now they told me that the car needs a transmission clutch to fix the shifting problem . I’m taking this car to a different dealer to get a second opinion. Because all they do is replace parts and don’t fix the problem. I don’t recommend taking your car for service at this dealership. More

Worst Service EVER BEWARE - Brought my vehicle in for repairs because it wouldn't get out of first gear. Told them to make sure to test drive the car before I pick it up BEWARE - Brought my vehicle in for repairs because it wouldn't get out of first gear. Told them to make sure to test drive the car before I pick it up. I received a call telling me everything was fixed and to get the car. At pickup I asked repeatedly if they test drove the car. Yes, was the answer multiple times. So after I paid over $500 I got in my car and of course, it wouldn't get out of first gear. When I went back inside I was told they were closing so they'd look at it tomorrow. The next day I get a call telling me the car can't be repaired and I'll have to scour the country looking in junk yards for an entire electrical wiring system. I was told to remove my car from the lot or they will charge me $35 a day. I PAID OVER $500 FOR REPAIRS THAT NEVER HAPPENED. I WAS REFUSED A REFUND. I had my car towed to Fuller Automotive in Auburn. They fixed the car in one day for under $250. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. More

Fabulous Experience ! I brought my 2100 Ram in for a factory recall, I called ahead to see how long the repair would take and scheduled a Monday morning appointment for 8:0 I brought my 2100 Ram in for a factory recall, I called ahead to see how long the repair would take and scheduled a Monday morning appointment for 8:00 AM. I figured I would be out by 10:00 AM at the latest, and scheduled the rest of my day accordingly. Upon arrival I was informed that this repair would take at least a half day, assuming they had all the needed parts on hand. Well I wasn't happy with this news, but the woman assisting me quickly offered a lease car for the day. Nice, new Jeep small SUV. About an hour later I was called and told that my truck needed parts not on hand and that it would not be ready until sometime Tuesday. I was told I could continue with the Jeep and only needed to replace the gas I used - more than fair. When I went to pick up my truck there was no charge for anything, and my truck was washed and vacuumed out - a very pleasant surprise. More
