Courtney: the whole service dept are always very hard to reach via phone. After picking up my truck from a small warranty repair I found a chip and fresh scratches on my passenger fender. I am always very happy with the service at the main service department of Weir’s Motors my service representative this time was Courtney. She did an excellent job communicating with my about the repa service department of Weir’s Motors my service representative this time was Courtney. She did an excellent job communicating with my about the repairs being made to my vehicle. She also took steps to source new parts required so the repairs could be made in a timely manner.
