If you’re buying from out of state, be extremely careful with Weirs GMC. I purchased a 2024 Subaru WRX from New Jersey and trusted them to keep me informed. Instead, the car I received was not the car they with Weirs GMC. I purchased a 2024 Subaru WRX from New Jersey and trusted them to keep me informed. Instead, the car I received was not the car they advertised. The aftermarket exhaust shown in their listing and video was removed after the sale without any disclosure, and the explanation I was given didn’t match the condition of the vehicle when it arrived. Worse, I was pressured by Dave, the sales manager, to mail the check immediately. Only after they had my payment did they tell me the title was still tied up with the previous owner’s bank. I had to wait an additional 2½ weeks before anything could move forward — something they absolutely should have disclosed before demanding payment. They mailed me the removed exhaust, but now I’m stuck paying $650 to have it reinstalled because local dealers won’t touch aftermarket parts. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, I’ve received no compensation or accountability from Weirs GMC. This wasn’t just an exhaust issue — it was a complete breakdown of communication and transparency. I can’t wait to reach out to GMC. Out‑of‑state buyers deserve better than this. More
