Andrew heard me, after the initial brake job, I mentioned I had a couple issues and he didn't dismiss me. This was huge and why I will continue to come back. One of the issues some how rocks ended up between a guard and knuckle, but my brakes squeaking a week and half post installation was a major annoyance. I drive about 50miles one way to see the shop, and on the regular if I come down the mountain each day is 100miles. No reason the brakes should have been squeaking still in my opinion. I brought it up to not only Andrew but this is the first time escalating up to Courtney (nothing to do with Andrew I just didn't want him to have to do it). Over the years, this is the second time I had an issue (after rethinking I had a transmission issue prior that ended up becoming a recall later (different truck and I ended up buying the 3500 afterwards) - in this case the advisor didn't listen nor did the tech actually fix the issue). On this last visit though, I still want to get another day or two of driving in, I think my issues have been resolved. No quid pro quo, but I have something for both Courtney and Andrew on my next visit as this was much appreciated after multiple visits and I want to show my gratitude. I don't feel like I would have gotten this level of customer service anywhere else, definitely not Autonation for sure. My only gripe, I don't feel like the original tech burnished the brakes properly or originally at all. Maybe they did, but in my years of vehicle ownership this is the first time I have ever ran into this after a brake job. I get it things happen and I won't let it dissuade me from coming back, but definitely a conversation should be had. I feel like if I didn't ask for a different tech the third visit I would have been back a fourth time. More
