He located the vehicle I was interested in, arranged delivery, and came to my home (on a Sunday afternoon) to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. He spent several hours going over every aspect of the cars features, and set up car play for me. He rode with me for a test drive to make sure I knew how to operate the car correctly, and that I was happy with my choice. Courtney also inspected the car for any stickers, plastic, or papers they missed when the dealership completed the "make ready". It was a pleasure working with him, because he is very professional. He was aware car leasing was a new challenge for me, and I greatly appreciated his kindness, and understanding! More
