Courtney has my respect, I strung him along way earlier in the process (3 yrs ago). He was super professional and understanding, and when I was finally ready I sought him back out and we quickly picked up in the process (3 yrs ago). We have leased our last two vehicles from Courtney at D&M Leasing and there are not enough words to describe just how awesome and customer focused he truly is. As long as he is there and my wife and I are ab Leasing and there are not enough words to describe just how awesome and customer focused he truly is. I gave him a very difficult to task to find me a sports car in my price range after driving a truck for the last 9 years. He was relentless in working with me for over 3 months to finally find the perfect car for my needs. You are lucky if you can keep a sales person's attention at a dealership for more than 3 minutes these days! About a month ago, I finally convinced my Wife to lease a car, as she has been a purchaser of cars her entire life. We turned to Courtney, and once again he found my wife the perfect car and got us a great deal as well as top dollar for her trade. No muss, no fuss and the whole deal was done with the car delivered in under 48 hours. Simply Amazing!!! But, the awesome service doesn't end there! After having the car for only two weeks, my wife experienced a blow out on one of her tires. We immediately took the car to a Toyota Dealership who let's just say did not treat us very well. I called Courtney after leaving the dealership knowing full well that this really wasn't his responsibility to take care. Without hesitation, he reached out to his GM (Lisa) who called a different Toyota dealership, got us an appointment for the next morning and we picked up the car with a brand new tire at no cost to us less than 24 hours later. I can’t tell you how amazing and rare that type of customer service is these days. I will be sure to send absolutely anyone who has automotive leasing needs to Courtney at D&M Leasing - Fort Worth, and tell them what an awesome experience they will have!!! Again, thank you for your beyond exceptional customer service that has helped to brighten, even if just a little bit, a year (2020) that has been dark and dismal at best. You Rock!!! More
