I grew up in Hurst, Texas and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope. Upon return to civilian life, I spent 10 years in the information technology field before finding my passion for sales. I have been with D&M Leasing for 16 years and love the company and the people I work with. My goal with every interaction, is to make the process simple and easy for my clients to lease or buy a car without the hassle of going to a dealership. Taking the time to listen to their specific needs and making the best recommendation for them, based on those needs, is critical to building trust and long term relationships!

Great customer service! When my wife was recently involved in a crash that totaled her 4 runner (also a D&M lease) Courtney did everything he could to help us transition into When my wife was recently involved in a crash that totaled her 4 runner (also a D&M lease) Courtney did everything he could to help us transition into another vehicle. Courtney kept me up to date on where my insurance company and D&M were in the process of paying off the 4 runner, helped my wife find another vehicle she loved, organized getting the new leather seats installed within a day, and delivered the vehicle to my house. Even after the deal was done, Courtney has followed up with me to see if i needed anything. He was available at almost all times and if he ever did miss my call due to other business, he returned my call promptly, not the next day. I highly recommend D&M and Courtney. We wont be buying from anyone else. More

excellent service I have leased from DM for many years finding it to be an easy no hassel experience.while in Washington st.my car was totaled,I had no idea what I need I have leased from DM for many years finding it to be an easy no hassel experience.while in Washington st.my car was totaled,I had no idea what I needed to do to get another car,from the first phone call talking to Courtney Headley I knew everything would be taken care of.he went above and beyond to deal with insurance and the dealership while also keeping me in the loop.this will not be my last car from DM.I would definitely recommend them.
