I grew up in Hurst, Texas and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope. Upon return to civilian life, I spent 10 years in the information technology field before finding my passion for sales. I have been with D&M Leasing for 16 years and love the company and the people I work with. My goal with every interaction, is to make the process simple and easy for my clients to lease or buy a car without the hassle of going to a dealership. Taking the time to listen to their specific needs and making the best recommendation for them, based on those needs, is critical to building trust and long term relationships!

Amazing customer service Courtney is amazing to deal with, did not push any vehicle or service, simply gave me his input. He took care of everything extremely fast, very professional and thorough. I decided to switch and turn in my current lease. He brought the car and paper work to my office and we was done in 30 minutes and I had the car for the weekend to make sure it was exactly what i wanted. Stress free buying, didn't spend all day at a dealership. everything was done via email and phone calls, which works perfect for my work schedule. Highly recommend buying or leasing from Courtney. More

Courtney Headley was awesome! My credit rating is poor but he worked hard to get me in a good car. He was prompt and clear in his communications. He was persistent was awesome! Great service I just got my second vehicle through D&M and they make it so easy!
