Great customer service! I had never leased before and had heard horror stories of leases gone wrong. I had a ton of questions and Courtney took the time to listen to me and I had never leased before and had heard horror stories of leases gone wrong. I had a ton of questions and Courtney took the time to listen to me and really understand my concerns. He answered all of my questions and helped make me comfortable with the process. He then gave me several options based on things I had mentioned during our conversations. When it came to picking a car and signing the paperwork, it was SO much easier than going to a dealer. The process was transparent and there was zero high pressure up sale tactics. They even bought my current car for a really great price. I used to dread getting a new car because of the dealer hassle. D&M and Courtney have taken all the stress out of the process. Courtney is friendly, knowledgeable, responsive and he listens to you.
