We began with a 2016 Chevrolet Tahoe, and with our growing family needed a larger vehicle; this is where Courtney took over. Great customer service! When my wife was recently involved in a crash that totaled her 4 runner (also a D&M lease) Courtney did everything he could to help us transition into When my wife was recently involved in a crash that totaled her 4 runner (also a D&M lease) Courtney did everything he could to help us transition into another vehicle. Courtney kept me up to date on where my insurance company and D&M were in the process of paying off the 4 runner, helped my wife find another vehicle she loved, organized getting the new leather seats installed within a day, and delivered the vehicle to my house. Even after the deal was done, Courtney has followed up with me to see if i needed anything. He was available at almost all times and if he ever did miss my call due to other business, he returned my call promptly, not the next day. I highly recommend D&M and Courtney. We wont be buying from anyone else. More
