I grew up in Hurst, Texas and enlisted in the United States Marine Corps during Desert Storm and Operation Restore Hope. Upon return to civilian life, I spent 10 years in the information technology field before finding my passion for sales. I have been with D&M Leasing for 16 years and love the company and the people I work with. My goal with every interaction, is to make the process simple and easy for my clients to lease or buy a car without the hassle of going to a dealership. Taking the time to listen to their specific needs and making the best recommendation for them, based on those needs, is critical to building trust and long term relationships!

My wife and I have leased at least 10 cars between the two of us from D&M and Courtney has been the one providing fantastic service as long as I can remember. Courtney took a very difficult and bad siruation with my car delivery due to mistakes made by the transferring dealership, and turned it into a positive experience for me. He kept me informed on a daily basis and repeatedly apologized for problems that were NOT his to apologize for! That, is the epitomy of GREAT customer service!!!
