The service agent was unfriendly and it took over 3 hours to simply change my oil and rotate my tires. They tried to sell me a lot of additional services and one of their salespeople tried to talk me into tr to simply change my oil and rotate my tires. They tried to sell me a lot of additional services and one of their salespeople tried to talk me into trading in my car. My patience had run thin by the end and I told the agent to ring me up and gave her my credit card. She said "I'm not doing business with you" and walked away. So I picked up my credit card and key, walked out and drove away. I messaged them that I would pay them when they emailed or snail-mailed me the bill, but that I would never be back again. More

Very professional people and extremely helpful with all aspects from the greeting at the door to the sales rep Zachary Tyree who answered all our questions that we asked about the vehicle. . Tommy the financial manager was great and made that part of buying the car super simple and fast. Also Zachary had the service manager come over and talk to us about everything that was completed and the car and shown on the work order sheet. He was super also. I see now why they’re at the top of car business and earn the awards that they do and displayed on the front door. We would be a buyer 100% again. Thanks to all. More

The first time that I stopped in to get a Synthetic Oil change I sat for 1 an 1/2 hours waiting for you to get an oil filter for my vehicle even though I had an appointment and you knew I had a Subaru Outb change I sat for 1 an 1/2 hours waiting for you to get an oil filter for my vehicle even though I had an appointment and you knew I had a Subaru Outback, which never came while I was there. I had to leave for another appointment. On my second appointment for the same oil change even though you had the oil filter it still took an hour and a half to get my oil change. I have owned cars for more than 70 years and never before experienced such incompentence. I shall never return to this dealership, that goes without saying. Even a one star rating is undeserved, but there were no 0 options. More
