Shay in the Quick Lane is THE BEST! !! Shay understood my concerns regarding being left without a vehicle for several days and ensured a loaner vehicle was available. Shay also address !! I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate Shay and his customer service. Cowboy is also pretty awesome. Cowboy was able to get my vehicle fit in (within a week instead of having to wait until January 2025) to fix a seatbelt fault so that I didn't have to continue to drive around in an unsafe situation. He called a few days after I picked my vehicle up from the shop to check and make sure my vehicle was fixed and running as expected. Great customer service as well. More
