Great Experience with BMW of Salem Craig graciously showed us the car. He parked it close to the building so we didn't have to walk to the car lot. He was knowledgeable. Transaction was straightforward; no time wasted. It was also a pleasure to deal with the finance guy, Dan. He even came by when we picked up the car. They all stayed late for us as we made the decision to buy at the very end of the day. Other employees who didn't deal with us were friendly, too. Even opened the door for us. Nice showroom btw!
