Always a pleasure to come to Jim Hudson for my service needs. Always treated with respect and friendly atmosphere. Bob my service man is most informative and pleasant to deal with. And if you are not in to that bottles of water in good bottles not those flimsy kind. I love my ford truck since I have switched from Cheverlot that I always have had. Great salesman, great General Sales Manager and staff. Ronnie Pack introduced himself as the GSM and extended the very friendly environment. Jackson Nettles assisted in demonstrating the vehicle features and was also very friendly and helpful. Tony Dooley provided professional and helpful information about a service contract and maintenance program and completed all documentation promptly. I enjoyed my experience !! More

Craig Ellis was awesome Craig Ellis was wonderful to work with throughout the whole process of showing me several stock trucks and allowing me to test drive them. He also looked at other dealerships to see if he could find exactly what I wanted and wasn’t able to locate one. He help me in making up an order for a new truck and get it on order and kept me informed all along the way of the status. He never made me feel rushed and always got me the answers I needed promptly.
