Bob Hargrave and the service department were excellent. My truck was brought in first on a flat bed to Dick Smith Ford and they were rude, rude rude. The KID never looked up to talk to me and said it would be 6 weeks before they looked at my vehicle and I said I was out of town- 6 weeks. Called my dealership in Florida and they gave me Jim Hudson Ford's number. I called them, they said have truck there in A.M., which we did. They looked at vehicle as soon as their doors opened & let us stay in their parking lot the night before in our motorhome. They ordered parts and keep us up to date on everything. They are very professional and courteous. I really appreciate all their help and the hard work Mr. Hargrave and his staff provided for us. More

I appreciate coming back to Lexington We recently purchased a new F250 Utility Body Truck from Jim Hudson Ford in Lexington SC. We originally bought our first truck from this location in 2005 when it was Ben Satcher Ford. Our second time we visited this location under Jim Hudson Ford was met with a lot of drama. We ended up at a Ford Dealership in Lugoff, SC to purchase a new 2016 F150 XLT 4 x 4 Pick up. When we entered the dealership for this truck we were met at the door by Craig Ellis. He made it his personal goal to bring our business back to Lexington. Craig did a Great Job working up a reasonable deal, showing us the dealer invoice as well as how the truck was priced. The finance manager did a great job also explaining the financing and making sure we got a good interest rate. I would recommend Craig Ellis to anyone looking to purchase a Ford Product from Jim Hudson Ford. More
