New Bronco Buyers Be Advised...On July 16th 2020, I paid a $100 reservation so that I would be in line to order a new 2 door Bronco. I selected Jim Hudson as my dealer since they were the closest to my home a $100 reservation so that I would be in line to order a new 2 door Bronco. I selected Jim Hudson as my dealer since they were the closest to my home. Upon receiving a call from the dealership that it was time for me to come in and order my new Bronco, I made an appointment and arrived as schedule to place my order. Using the Ford configurator tool online, I had my order printed out and for the first time in my life was prepared to pay full MSRP for a new vehicle. After confirming my order the manager came over to let me know that the only way they would take my order (sell me the vehicle) is if I paid $3000 OVER the MSRP. They referred to this upcharge as Additional Dealer Markup, and I guess the profit Ford built in to the MSRP isn't enough to sustain Jim Hudson Ford. I quickly checked the internet and determined this was not required at all Ford dealers and found one in SC that agreed to place my order and sell me the vehicle at MSRP. The only challenge was having to call Ford to transfer my reservation (however they were very helpful). The staff at Jim Hudson were all very pleasant and I am writing this review solely to alert others in a similar situation that ADM/Upcharge/Extra Profit is not required by Ford and you can get a better deal elsewhere. Update: George Coleman Ford, processed my order and saved me $3500 in total cost over Jim Hudson Ford. More

I had a recall issue for my 2020 Explorer and called Jim Hudson Ford for an appointment. The valet service worked great.
