Dropped off he night before for SERVICE NEXT DAY 7:30 am for Just oil change never heard called at 1:30 COULD NOT LOCATE ANY ONE IN SERVICE???? Bonnie said she would have some one call never ever got a call so unprofessional??? WE WENT INSTEAD AT 1:30 TRUCK STILL PARKED IN THE SPOT SINCE THE NIGHT BEFORE? Saw them at 1:45 TAKE THE TRUCK for Service GOT A Call on my home number not cell that it was ready REALLY 15 MINUTES at 2:00 Pm ???????hope you did a good JOB????
