30K Service I brought my 2014 STI in for the 30,000 mile maintenance service. I was able to pick the services I wanted and eliminate the ones not desired (tire ro I brought my 2014 STI in for the 30,000 mile maintenance service. First Subaru - Crosstrek I researched cars and settled on the Subaru Crosstrek with Eyesight mainly for all the safety features. I did not want a MoonRoof. I contacted 3 deale I researched cars and settled on the Subaru Crosstrek with Eyesight mainly for all the safety features. I did not want a MoonRoof. I contacted 3 dealers and Subaru East was the best one based on feedback from all three and the reviews for sales and service. I scheduled a visit with Avalon Dinunzio, took a test drive (without a salesman) and settled on the car with Jim SantaMaria. He was very good at helping us pick the features I wanted with NO pressure to buy. The sales manager Michael Kaminski was able to find the car I wanted in the color I wanted (Red) and presented a very good price. I then offered my current car as a trade in and got the price I researched on Kelly Blue Book. It was a done deal. We completed all paperwork and was told the car would be delivered in a few days. I did want non glare outside mirrors to be installed and they ordered the parts. It did take about a week to get the parts and they were installed and are working great. This was one of the Best car buying experiences I have had in a long time. Have bee driving the car for several weeks and LOVE it, especially the Adaptive Cruse Control, and the Apple CarPlay. Can't say enough about those features. More

About the only complaint I have would be the usual barrage of what I feel are unnecessary and expensive services performed on reliable vehicle that only has 30,000 miles. Granted, the owner’s manual may require that the transaxle and brake fluid be completely flushed at 30,000 miles but this has never been my real life experience – even living in Northeast Ohio with the extreme temperatures and weather conditions that exist here. More

Great service at a good price We just made a 1400 mile trip with three dogs in the car, so to say it needed to be freshened up is an understatement. Considerate and helpful Overall, the service manager and assistant manager were helpful and considerate. They were not able to determine whether there is a systemic issue--but they tried. One of the challenges is actually reaching the person I needed to talk with, we played phone tag which is time-consuming for all of us. More
