I went in for a recall item on my 2015 Accord and received courteous treatment. Before I left I was greeted by sales rep Craig Hollis who assisted me with interest in upgrading which resulted in a trade in. The words I would use for the service extended me is VIP treatment. Craig Hollis made that process effortless, painless and not an all day process. He extended an earnest interest in helping me get exactly what I wanted and was truly concerned about me being satisfied. I was a previous customer of his with the purchase of the 2015 Accord so being a return customer made my experience that much more rewarding. When I received my 2017 Accord Craig Hollis went over the new upgrades and answered questions and concerns related to the proper usage and operation. As long as I have a Honda, Curry Honda and Craig Hollis will continue to get my business. More

Worst Dealer we have ever dealt with...RIP OFF My review is for both Sales and Service departments Sales Department is awful....notes for Sales Department: First off, please check your final in My review is for both Sales and Service departments Sales Department is awful....notes for Sales Department: First off, please check your final invoice (every line) before buying a car at Curry Honda. I negotiated a price with the sales person and told him my wife would be following up later in the day with the purchase. However, when she showed up to purchase the car, they ADDED A LINE ITEM CHARGE whereas my wife unknowingly signed for a 3rd party $999.00 bogus "35,000 mile Fidelity Maintenance Warranty"....in which all that it is are free oil changes. Who in the world should pay $999 for 3 years of free oil changes??? The irony is that last year when I went in they argued with me and told me my oil changes were not free....but they finally researched it and agreed it was free. Service Department awful....notes: We went in to get a routine oil change with their "24 point inspection". Upon receiving my car, I found 5 things wrong. 1) When the car was purchased, they told me my car needed "special synthetic oil" and that I only need to change it every 10,000 miles. This is NOT the case!!! It requires REGULAR OIL!!! And they were using REGULAR OIL!!! The bottom line is they didn't want me coming back for my free oil changes even though we paid $999 for only 3 years worth!!! 2) The tire pressure was fine before we went in. However, when we were leaving, the "check tire pressure" light came on. I then drove to the nearest tire store see what the pressure was. All 4 tires were only at 29 pounds (supposed to be 34 pounds). Filling the tires with air is a BASIC part of their "24 point inspection"" 3) Fluids were not topped off as they promised (I had to do this myself) 4) Oil was all over the inside of my car claiming it was there because they were checking the cabin filter. For God's sake, I was not looking for an explanation as to WHY the oil was there. I wanted to know WHY they didn't clean it up!!! 5) They were all very rude people...even the Service Manager More

I contacted then through true car, and negotiated the price on the phone, I was so happy that they had exact model and features I wanted. We set a appointment for the next day. As I met the online sales guy he started quoting me a higher price and said that I had to pay destination charge, I showed him the truecar price, reminded him what we agreed upon and that the true car FAQs states that the destination charge is in the truecar price. He said he will talk to the sales manager. Minutes later I went into to meet the sales manager, he had the true car estimate pulled up on the computer that was more than 1,000 more, I asked him to do the truecar price agian to point out that he added features or different zip code during the process, but he did not want to do it. Not only was the online sales guy shady but also the manager. I would of been ok if they said that they can't honor what we agreed, but they decided to be shady. They prey on people that don't do their research. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever I initially went to Curry Honda to "test drive" a used 2006 SLK280 Mercedes convertible I found on autotrader.com. After owning a 99 Honda CRV for so I initially went to Curry Honda to "test drive" a used 2006 SLK280 Mercedes convertible I found on autotrader.com. After owning a 99 Honda CRV for so many years, I was skeptical about buying again after being out of the game so long and was also concerned with my finances. The entire staff service specifically (Craig and Chuck) was so stellar I couldn't help but drive off the lot the same day. They were very professional, friendly, positive, quick and easy to work with financially. It was also helpful to see how the staff got along well with each other and seemed to be in a fun working environment. I truly felt like they supported my efforts to get a vehicle I was happy with and from a service I could trust. Dealership highly recommended! More

Curry Honda is the Best!! I set up an appointment with Brian Dominick and when I arrived he placed me in the very capable hands of Craig Hollis. I had given information on the car I wanted and they met all of my requirements. Craig took me through the paperwork and then showed my my car. We went on a test drive and he helped me connect my new car to my iphone. He answered all of my questions and made sure I knew that I could call him if I had any inquiries later. They even turned in my rental car for me. I was very pleased with the entire experience of purchasing my car with Curry Honda. More
