The staff is very helpful and you do not spend your whole day at the dealership. My current vehicle that Craig Hollis recommended was a 2019 Honda CRV Touring model. Needless to say, I LOVE IT!!!. One day, as I was in the neighborhood, I dropped by and asked to speak with the salesperson with whom I had initially spoken. I wound up purchasing my car that same day. Fantastic Customer Care On May 21, 2018 my boyfriend ran into a curb and popped the two passenger tires and damaged the wheels on my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I ha On May 21, 2018 my boyfriend ran into a curb and popped the two passenger tires and damaged the wheels on my brand new 2018 Honda Accord Hybrid. I had the car towed to Curry Honda and assumed that the repairs would be covered under my warranty since the car was so new. Unfortunately, I learned that the warranty people do not consider curb damage to be a road hazard and would not cover it. Craig Hollis, once again came to my rescue. In consultation with the owner of Curry Honda it was decided that since my car was so new and that I was such a good customer that Honda would cover the cost of the repairs and also pay for my rental car while the repairs were being made. I am eternally grateful to Craig Hollis and Curry Honda for the generosity and fantastic customer care. More
