My recent experience with the service department was good. I was greeted as soon as i entered the service bay, my car was assessed, and the work began. I had called several times prior to my actual ap good. I was greeted as soon as i entered the service bay, my car was assessed, and the work began. I had called several times prior to my actual appointment because I had a dead battery. I was not totally pleased with having to leave several messages and wait for return calls over a several day period, however my situation was not emergent.
