Everything went well from check-in to completed work. Did not wait. I was to be phoned when the car was ready (1:00 to 1:30 pm) as agreed with the service advisor. Never received a phone call. I received great service from Norm my sales person and Chris the service manager in getting a replacement key after my purse was stolen.
