Great Purchase! Wife and I traveled many miles away from home to this dealership. Was looking to replace our previous luxury SUV with a newer one. We came to the lot Wife and I traveled many miles away from home to this dealership. Was looking to replace our previous luxury SUV with a newer one. We came to the lot a few minutes before they were about to close. Craig greeted us. Wasn't pushy at all. He was very helpful with the questions we asked about the Cadillac Escalade ESV we were considering buying. After a few days, we decided to special order our SUV. Craig sent updates about the delivery date. It was delivered within 5 weeks (about 3 weeks earlier than expected)! Paperwork took about a couple of hours but we didn't mind, we were getting a good deal. Craig took the time to come in on his day off and patiently demonstrated all the features and controls on the Escalade to my wife. We highly recommend this dealership and Craig as your go-to guy!
