Happy with my new Silverado High Country. I felt comfortable, and never pressured, through the entire experience. Everyone I had contact with was very friendly, and helpful. He answered all the questions I had. He helped me find the car sites, to get an estimated value on my truck. I would recommend Braeger Chevrolet to someone looking for a vehicle. My only previous experience with Braeger,, had been with their service dept., which I think does a great job. I was at Braeger to get a "recall" fix on my Pontiac, The service dept gave me an estimate of an hour to hour and a half to do the work. This gave me time to look at their trucks in stock. I had been looking at trucks at other dealers so I had some idea what I was looking for. More

My last visit on 6/24/14 was no exception. I do have one suggestion to make. When they include a car wash, please also wipe the car dry to eliminate spotting. More

I worked primarily with Bob Howard in sales. I found him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sold. He was also very patient and non aggressive. He responded promptly to all my questions and him to be very knowledgeable about the vehicles he sold. He was also very patient and non aggressive. He responded promptly to all my questions and always made time to see me at my convenience. Jamie Enders made the financing paperwork quick and efficient. She laid out all options in an easy to understand manner. Overall, my experience was positive and I would recommend this dealership to others. More

Since I am entrusted anymore with car repairs, etc., I have to rely on the expertise and honesty of the service agent, and I most certainly have that feeling with Craig. Braeger Chevrolet has gone above and beyond what I ever would expect from an automobile dealership. I have been a longtime customer of Braeger and over the years, I have come to trust the service and advice of Craig Pozarski. I had to replace my transmission earlier this year and then again, had another years, I have come to trust the service and advice of Craig Pozarski. I had to replace my transmission earlier this year and then again, had another major expense with my 4 wheel drive seizing due to issues with the front differential. Through it all, Craig has always taken the time to thouroughly explain the issue(s) and provide his advice as to how we would approach the issue. I have come to rely, respect, and trust his opinions as I have never felt mislead or unsatisfied with the work of his team. When I purchased my last car, I did seek Craig's advice and will do so again within the next year when I replace one of my cars. Whether I purchase from Braeger or not, I will most likely bring my car to Craig for service due to the rapor I feel we have established. I normally do not take the time to submit these surveys, but felt with the last issue I had with my car, (as I was pretty upset not wanting to invest in my car anymore in favor of something new) that Craig helped to calm things and take the time to explain the issue. In doing so, he helped me realize fixing the car was the right decisions and we did so with used parts Vs new knowing that I will be selling soon. Thanks More

I came in with a issue with my traction control system in a used BMW I purchased from you guys. The warranty I have allowed a $50 deductible if I came to you guys to get it fixed. It would have been $100 ded a used BMW I purchased from you guys. The warranty I have allowed a $50 deductible if I came to you guys to get it fixed. It would have been $100 deductible if I took it somewhere else. The shop didn't have the correct scanner so Craig allowed me to bring it in and he would out source it so I would still only have to pay the $50 deductible. It turned out that there was actually nothing wrong with the traction control system at all. I was just not using it correctly. Craig took the time to look up the traction control system and properly educate me on how to use it. He was very professional through out this whole process and never once got upset with me. Not only that he didn't charge me for the time or the rental that was used in the process of this event, and I got my car back in one day! I am very impressed with Craig and this dealership. I will definitely be returning when it is time to purchase my next car. More
