When I have any questions about my car I can easily talk to a service manager who listens and helps me determine if I need to bring the car in or if I am not understanding how something with the car works. to a service manager who listens and helps me determine if I need to bring the car in or if I am not understanding how something with the car works. Booking service is very easy and I can always get an appointment. In the past I have with ease used the valet service when my car went in for service and have used loaner cars. Both are easy to set up and iWork very well. When I wait for my car the service manager keeps me informed and my car is completed during the time estimated or sooner. This past week o was in for the 60k service and Mass State Inspection on my car. I arrived by 830 Am and my car was ready around 1030Am. I was amazed and very pleased with the service I got More

The car wasn’t even paid attention to for 48 hours after I brought it in. Therefore, I had to rent a car for 4+ days instead of two days.
