Booking service is very easy and I can always get an appointment. In the past I have with ease used the valet service when my car went in for service and have used loaner cars. Both are easy to set up and iWork very well. When I wait for my car the service manager keeps me informed and my car is completed during the time estimated or sooner. The car wasn’t even paid attention to for 48 hours after I brought it in. Therefore, I had to rent a car for 4+ days instead of two days.
