Convenient service. Scheduled an appointment for 830 am. I was able to drop my vehicle off at 5:30 the night before and I drive into garage to leave the vehicle. Great buying experience. I decided to trade my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu LT for a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox AWD Redline Edition. With the current Pandemic situation I was not able t I decided to trade my 2017 Chevrolet Malibu LT for a 2020 Chevrolet Equinox AWD Redline Edition. With the current Pandemic situation I was not able to have the normal buying experience, but Kate, Craig and Jude helped me to have the best experience possible. Kate started by putting the purchase package together for me over the phone. I was not able to do a test drive of the actual vehicle I ended up purchasing and test drives actually aren't allowed at this time, but I stopped in last Saturday to walk through the lot and found the vehicle I wanted. I went inside to service and Craig was able to get me the key to their Equinox Courtesy Vehicle letting me get in to an Equinox and also let me drive it around the lot. I was sold on an Equinox at that point. Kate finished by getting me all the discounts/incentives possible. Jude then worked hard to get me the best financing possible. Once we agreed on everything, Jude completed delivery of the new Equinox the same day. I am completely satisfied with my purchase. Thank you Kate, Craig and Jude for making my experience the best possible under the current Pandemic environment. More
