I’ve been coming here since I bought the car in 2013. I always get great & friendly services. If car wont be ready within an hour. I’m offered a shuttle ride back home. My first visit under new ownership This visit was for an oil change. The 'time in' on my receipt was 9:23 on 12/27/2019. The time out is never indicated. I was at the dealership for ap This visit was for an oil change. The 'time in' on my receipt was 9:23 on 12/27/2019. The time out is never indicated. I was at the dealership for approximately 2 hours for an oil change! Two other customers in the waiting area indicated their displeasure at the length of time for their service. Jameson and Craig are always courteous and have the answers to my questions. Prior to my current 2007 Tahoe I owned a 1996 Suburban, both these vehicles have always been serviced a Northstar. It seems unreasonable for a routine oil change to take 2 hours and I wasn't the only dissatisfied person sitting in the waiting area. Since this was my first visit under the new ownership I will return, but if this is an indication of the type of service to be expected I will probably rethink any future visits. More

Internet scheduling I Scheduled my appointment online and took the first available appointment (7:00am) and when I arrived I was told that techs do not arrive until 8. Th I Scheduled my appointment online and took the first available appointment (7:00am) and when I arrived I was told that techs do not arrive until 8. Thankfully as soon as the first tech arrived he was able to complete the oil change and recall but I think that it should be changed on the website so the individuals waiting for their car are not waiting more than an hour. I’m thankful that the tech arrived early and was able to get out within a timely manner. More
