The new dealership facility is very nice and has a large comfortable waiting area for service. Greg was very nice and professional. I was very pleased with the wait time for my service. My experience with the service department shows an utter lack of care for their customer's time. I made an appointment for Monday 10/4 at 7:30 AM (the first appointment of the day) for an old change. Whe lack of care for their customer's time. I made an appointment for Monday 10/4 at 7:30 AM (the first appointment of the day) for an old change. When I made the appointment I asked how long the service should take and was told about 45 minutes. I arrived at 7:15 to ensure that I would be first in line. At 7:30 I met with the service writer and I went to the waiting room. At 8:30 I asked how much longer only to be told that a meeting was called and my car had not even entered the service bay yet. I was very annoyed and asked for a manager. The manager's response was I'm sorry about the miscommunication. I replied that this was not about miscomminaction, this was about a total lack of communication or care about their customer's time. I will admit that after expressing my displeasure the service manager did provide me with a loaner car so that I could get to work, and they did the service without charging me. This service department needs to recognize that their customers also have places to be and cannot be expected to sit at the dealership indefinitely. More
