This dealership was easy yo schedule an appointment for service. They fixed the recall issues with my vehicle it was ready in under 3 hours and vacuumed, interior wind down and exterior was washed as well service. Only one issue which I failed to mention when scheduling was the red arrows lit up on my dashboard that indicated a rearend heavy load. This needed to be turned off by the mechanics and clearly they did not notice the warning lights or they would have reset it. Hopefully the manager who reads this review will contact me and offer a convenient solution. Other than this one issue, I would highly recommend this dealership . More

had to stand for over 10 minutes in the reception room, they barely washed my car (complimentary) the guy watched me take everything out of my car because i thought they was actually doing a reall car was they barely washed my car (complimentary) the guy watched me take everything out of my car because i thought they was actually doing a reall car wash because i seen doors open to other cars that were being washed. so when i noticed the inside still dirty or the same when i arrived i was very disappointed! they guy said i wouldn’t have to wait 2 hours after i asked if they had assistance to get me back home because i had a sick child that was left home sleeping and i couldn’t wait for 2 hours. he assured me 2x it would be wayyyyy less than 2 hours because they were training someone new. i waited 1 hour and 49 minutes. very disappointing and upsettting. i will never return there for another service again & i live in ft. lauderdale 10 minutes away. smh. like they didn’t want to send me a uber home even tho i kept reiterating that i had a sick child at home and i couldn’t wait. like they didn’t care and still made me wait. disregarded my question on weather or not they had assistance for folks to get home who couldn’t sit and wait 2 hours for the service to be completed. that was rude and disrespectful and no care to the customer spending money there. so 1 star and i won’t be returning for my next service i’ll find another dealership or just go to midas or something More
