I'm the original owner of a faithful, beloved Nissan Frontier Crew Cab, well-built in March 2000, but was parked for 8 months after two shops advised me to trash it. Luckily, when my better half & I approached Lorenzo Nissan of Fort Lauderdale, they had the knowledge, respect & energy to more than fix its problems: In less than two weeks, my trusty truck was effectively restored --- reborn! --- and returned to me in showroom condition. Every Lorenzo employee I talked to contributed, but I'd like to express my heartfelt thanks to Service Director Karl Faul, who took the time to hear my concerns about previous work done by others that may have done permanent harm to the engine; Service Foreman Sam Torres, who truly saved my truck because of his 30 yrs experience & deep knowledge of its 6-cyl. engine (I can never thank you enough, Sam!); and Service Advisor Brandon Palmer, who always followed up on the details & smoothed out any "bumps in the road". Thank you all. And so, after considerable doubts earlier this year, I can say that my truck has re-entered its 27th year in excellent shape because the good people of Lorenzo Nissan cared so much to do the work to get it there. Thank you all again, SO MUCH, for bringing back my beautiful 2000 Nissan Frontier! More
